I always knew I was made for something, yet I did not know what? I began this journey training in a catering course in the heart of Dublin City. This sparked my passion and love for food which I never knew was there. I felt comfortable and calm yet I was in the most hectic environment of all. With the skill set I had developed. I began working in the street food industry under a highly respected and well educated chef. He inspired me to follow my dreams. I finally felt it was time to begin a new chapter and the book was called Burger Cartel. We began with our retro empty Mercedes shell. We renovated this into our new home and Dublin’s finest food
truck. We operate through various locations around Dublin City four days a week.
